Consular Legalization of Document

Consular legalization is the most complex procedure for giving a document legal force abroad, confirming the authenticity of the signatures or, if necessary, the authenticity of the stamp and seal on the document.
During the consular legalization process, the document goes through several instances, each confirming the signature placed on the document in the previous instance.
At Diplom Translation Agency, both individuals and legal entities are provided with consular legalization services for the following documents:
- acts and duplicates of civil status: birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, certificate of civil status, etc.;
- certificates of no criminal record;
- education documents: certificate, high school diploma, bachelor's degree, diploma, etc.;
- notarial acts;
- court decisions;
- certificates of work experience;
- medical certificates;
- other national documents.
At the DIPLOM translation agency, you can order consular legalization services. For applying consular legalization stamps, the original document, its translation, and notarial authentication are required.
