A clear copy, a current version of the text, and consistent terminology help to prepare a consistent translation, and include the correct spelling of names, organization names, and samples of previous documents if they are already in use.
If there is an unclear entry in the source, it is better to send a clarification from the author. When you get a result, check the personal data and inform the manager about the comments on the order.
